THE MOST RELAXING WAY TO SEE EUROPE-BY SHIP!

Quick--What's the easiest, most relaxing way to see Europe? By cruise ship! Your "hotel" follows YOU as you visit the beautiful cities and coastlines of Europe. And what hotels--all the comforts of home, including 110v electricity!

Next week, Royal Caribbean will announce two days of specials on most of its European cruises. These specials feature great onboard cruise credits, a terrific value-added feature. Bookings will begin on Tuesday & Wednesday but you have a "head's up" and can take a look at all the sailings. Believe me, there's something there for everyone!

Carnival has the lovely ship Carnival Magic in Europe this summer and is featuring past-guest discounts and early-savings specials. Carnival is wonderful for families and this is a great way to introduce Europe to your kids, tweens, and teens--a way to balance history and culture with just plain "FUN" aboard a Carnival ship.

This year, The Mouse himself has been bitten by the Europe bug as Disney will begin 7, 10, and 11-day Europe & Mediterranean summer cruises on its Disney Magic. Sailing from Barcelona, these cruises will combine the allure of Europe with the magic of Disney. Who can resist?

If you're even thinking of a European cruise for this summer, you must act quickly, in the next week or so. Cruises are such a great value, that their popularity has grown tremendously. Together with the convenience of having to pack and unpack only once, the great food and evening entertainment--including casinos, the pampering cruise guests get onboard these gorgeous floating resorts, and the availability of all the comforts of a premier vacation destination, the inclusive price of a European cruise is seen as an even better value by the traveling public. Urgency to book is a must because the airline availability to departure port cities will soon be gone for the summer!

Northern Europe cruises visit London, Scandinavia and Russia; Western Med cruises visit Italy, Spain, Portugal, Monaco, and France; Eastern Med cruises visit Greece, Turkey, Egypt, & Israel; and Adriatic cruises visit Slovenia and Croatia, along with Italy. There are 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 14-night cruises to choose from. There's something for everyone in a fabulous cruise to Europe. Call us today & "don't just dream about Europe...live the dream!"

Log Cabins, the Wilderness, and Mickey Mouse!

My family and I visited Disney World the second week of December and stayed at the Ft. Wilderness Resort Cabins. If you enjoy the experience of a log cabin, but want the comforts and convenience of staying at a Disney onsite property, then consider this resort.
Disney's Ft. Wilderness Resort and Campgrounds is quite true to its name and looks just like a fort in the wilderness. Each lovely cabin is designed to resemble a compact log home. When you enter the cabin, the scent of cedar wood is a pleasant welcome. Providing guests with all the comforts of home, the cabins have fully-equipped kitchenettes, including oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and all the pots, pans, and dinnerware you’ll need.

The cabins are beautifully decorated with a mountain decor and are roomy enough to accommodate up to six guests–the bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds and the living room has a convertible double sofa bed. Two TV’s complete the amenities, one in the bedroom and another in the living room and WIFI is available for a nominal charge. A small barbeque grill is located outside on the wood deck and guests can barbeque under the stars surrounded by full-growth pine trees and pine cones ready to be gathered!

Restaurants, shops, and a small grocery store are available in the Ft Wilderness resort area and guests can go horseback riding at the horse ranch. The Disney transportation buses run about every 20 minutes to Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom and ferries on the Seven Seas Lagoon take you directly to the Magic Kingdom. You can also rent a golf cart to get around Ft Wilderness during your stay. A great pool is available at the resort for all guests.
If you are visiting Disyney
for the first time, try this delightful resort and dedicate a day of your stay just to enjoy its many amenities and beautiful grounds. If you are a frequent visitor to the Disney Parks, Ft Wilderness is a lovely oasis within the excitement of the theme parks. Priced within the “moderate” category and often sporting great Pass holder or resident promotional prices, it can also be a terrific value, so make sure you call me to book your next Disney stay!
